About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain nesto’s Salesforce environment
- Establish best practices for data architecture, user interface design, role design, and business logic in Salesforce
- Maintain and develop Salesforce integrations with back-end services
- Write modular, maintainable code
- Apply technical expertise in design, coding, testing, and debugging
- Independently deliver small-scale projects and features, and contribute to medium- and large-scale projects as part of a team
- Investigate difficult-to-reproduce bugs, narrow down failure conditions, and test new features
- Continue learning about the system and relevant technologies, and apply this knowledge to your work
- Collaborate closely with Operations leadership to test, execute, and rapidly iterate on core business processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Development experience on the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce integration patterns
- Knowledge of best practices for determining when to use Flows versus Apex
- Strong experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II certification preferred
- Comfortable with modern application architecture
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate in an inclusive environment
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in fast-paced teams
