Analyste QA senior concevant la couverture et les scénarios pré-UAT pour la plateforme hypothécaire fintech de nesto. Coordination du triage, analyse des automatisations et soutien client pendant l'UAT.

Responsibilities

Design test coverage and test scenarios ahead of UAT
Validate that the solution solves the client's problem and not just the feature specifications
Collaborate with developers and product managers throughout the SDLC
Clarify requirements, quickly identify gaps, and define clear acceptance criteria
Break down business and data requirements from URD, PRD and HLD documents into comprehensive test plans
Recommend what should be automated and why, in collaboration with automation engineers
Analyze automation failures and track results, variances, and priorities
Prioritize tests and coverage with delivery management and stakeholders according to client needs
Manage tactical triage of defects and coordinate activities during UAT
Act as the primary point of contact for issues reported by clients
Review and execute tests using test management tools
Provide guidance to the project team on the appropriateness of automation
Support client updates during the UAT phase
Contribute to test strategy and end-to-end coverage decisions

5+ years of quality assurance (QA) experience in a senior role
Experience testing SaaS/cloud applications
Deep understanding of the full SDLC and the role of quality engineering
Strong experience with functional and end-to-end testing
Ability to evaluate a solution from an end-user perspective
Excellent cross-module investigative skills and root cause analysis
Experience coordinating tactical pre-UAT and UAT testing
Experience managing tickets, progress reporting, and tracking resolutions
Required experience testing APIs with Postman
Comfortable reviewing automated test execution results and analyzing failures in CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions
Proficient with Agile methodologies and comfortable with fast delivery cycles
Bilingual in French and English required
Preferred availability aligned with Eastern Time zone hours
