About the role
- Salesforce Technical Architect designing Agentforce AI solutions for NeuraFlash, part of Accenture. Architecting Salesforce integrations, agentic workflows, and scalable data strategies for clients.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technical solutions for Agentforce and related technologies
- Investigate the limits and boundaries of Agentforce Agents to develop novel solutions and drive business outcomes
- Collaborate with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and UX Designers to translate business needs into well-architected solutions
- Oversee and contribute to all project lifecycle stages, from initial design through development, testing, and deployment
- Track new Salesforce products and technical capabilities
- Lead and own complete project technical solution design, including agentic topics, instructions, actions, automation/code, deployment methods, and supporting data structures
- Establish best practices for ingesting data into Salesforce at scale for agentic solutions
- Contribute reusable assets to improve delivery quality and consistency
- Participate in recruiter, panel, organization lead, and leadership interviews
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in application and software development
- 4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript
- Exposure or working knowledge of modern coding languages such as Python, Java, or C#
- Experience developing Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce
- Understanding of front-end web development principles and HTML/CSS
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex technical details to all audiences
- Experience using source control and branching/pull request strategies
- Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles
- Experience with Agentic AI Systems and Generative AI capabilities preferred
- Additional Salesforce certifications, preferably Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist, are a plus
