• Manage email, calendars, scheduling, and inbox organization
• Support meetings with notes, action items, and follow-ups
• Update tasks and projects in ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com
• Create SOPs, templates, and process documentation
• Support light CRM updates, bookkeeping, and basic social media coordination
• Adapt to each client’s style and communicate clearly with client teams
• Assist Northern Primrose leadership with administration, scheduling, and documentation
• Keep internal tasks updated in ClickUp
• Help improve internal processes and workflows
• Participate in training and ongoing development
• Work with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ClickUp, QuickBooks, Asana, CRMs, Zapier, and other modern platforms
• Support Northern Primrose Consulting’s operations services, enabling clients to focus on growing and scaling their businesses
