Requirements
- 5+ years in Strategic Sourcing & Category Management; program/project experience required.
- 3+ years managing marketing, media, agency, or events procurement categories.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain; certification an asset.
- Strong knowledge of business processes, controls, and continuous improvement.
- Global mindset; international experience preferred.
- Leverage AI and analytics to enhance sourcing, reduce costs, and manage risk.
- High degree of business ethics and accountability.
- Strong understanding of marketing procurement categories and consulting firm procurement.
- Strong familiarity with scope definition and control, and resource profile assessment.
- Communicate effectively and influence stakeholders across all levels.
- Prioritize and deliver in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with confidence and decision-making capabilities.
