About the role

  • Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics owning AI-driven attribution, forecasting, and marketing measurement. Improving investment decisions for Optro’s enterprise AI-powered GRC Intelligence Platform.

Responsibilities

  • Own marketing performance measurement end to end, covering campaign, channel, and program reporting from first touch through closed-won revenue
  • Build, maintain, and improve attribution and funnel models used for budget allocation
  • Apply machine learning and LLM-based approaches to propensity scoring, pipeline forecasting, channel mix optimization, and anomaly detection
  • Build AI-assisted insight generation for automated “what changed and why” answers
  • Evaluate, pilot, and scale AI capabilities in marketing and analytics tooling
  • Make build-versus-buy recommendations based on measured impact
  • Set standards for responsible AI use, including output validation, assumption documentation, drift monitoring, and data-handling partnerships with Security and Legal
  • Partner with Demand Generation and Events teams on targets, pipeline forecasts, and performance tracking
  • Design and maintain dashboards and self-serve reporting
  • Own the marketing data stack, including Salesforce, marketing automation, and downstream warehouse tables
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and Data Engineering on data quality and instrumentation
  • Deliver executive-level analysis and readouts for QBRs, board materials, and annual planning
  • Develop budget scenarios and ROI cases for new investments
  • Raise analytical standards through mentorship, documentation, and clear analysis practices
  • Report into Marketing Operations and support the full marketing organization

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a closely related analytics function
  • At least 2 years leading analysts, cross-functional projects, or both
  • B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred
  • Deep, hands-on SQL skills
  • Demonstrated ownership of B2B funnel and attribution measurement
  • Experience building or substantially rebuilding a multi-touch attribution or pipeline model
  • Hands-on experience applying machine learning or AI to a business problem
  • Exposure to ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase) or media mix modeling and incrementality testing at scale
  • Fluency with Salesforce, a marketing automation platform (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar), and a BI tool (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
  • Strong executive communication
  • Partnership experience with marketing ops, demand gen, sales ops, and finance
  • Background checks are required
  • Nice to have: dbt, Python or R, and a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
  • Nice to have: experience supporting an enterprise, multi-product go-to-market motion
  • Nice to have: experience building with LLM APIs or AI-assisted analytics tooling
