About the role

  • VP leading AI-driven proprietary software products for Colliers, a Canadian commercial real estate services firm. Managing product teams, strategy, governance, and enterprise AI integration.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the long-term product vision, portfolio strategy, and AI-first roadmap for commercial technology services
  • Lead, mentor, and scale multiple Product Management teams
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration between Data, AI, and Software Engineering
  • Lead strategic prioritization and lifecycle management of the commercial product portfolio using the FED (Features, Enhancements, Defects) framework
  • Balance disruptive innovation with continuous platform evolution and operational excellence
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of proprietary platforms enhancing workflows, insights, and client engagement for Colliers Sales and Services professionals
  • Lead the shift to an AI-first product model using intelligence, automation, and agentic workflows
  • Leverage Google Cloud, Gemini, predictive analytics, and LLMs to build scalable, secure, data-rich products
  • Partner with senior business leaders globally to identify pain points, capture requirements, and drive user adoption
  • Establish KPIs and product telemetry to measure success, adoption, and ROI

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in product management
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role (VP, Head of Product, or CPO) managing multiple product teams
  • Demonstrated track record of productizing Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or advanced data analytics to drive measurable business outcomes
  • Proven track record of building and launching enterprise-grade, proprietary B2B software products
  • Experience in PropTech, Commercial Real Estate, or Financial Services is highly advantageous
  • Strong technical background
  • Experience building products leveraging Google technology ecosystems preferred
  • Ability to recruit, develop, and inspire high-performing product management teams in a matrixed, global organization
  • Outstanding executive-level communication and presentation skills
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis
