Responsibilities
Define and execute the long-term product vision, portfolio strategy, and AI-first roadmap for commercial technology services
Lead, mentor, and scale multiple Product Management teams
Foster cross-functional collaboration between Data, AI, and Software Engineering
Lead strategic prioritization and lifecycle management of the commercial product portfolio using the FED (Features, Enhancements, Defects) framework
Balance disruptive innovation with continuous platform evolution and operational excellence
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of proprietary platforms enhancing workflows, insights, and client engagement for Colliers Sales and Services professionals
Lead the shift to an AI-first product model using intelligence, automation, and agentic workflows
Leverage Google Cloud, Gemini, predictive analytics, and LLMs to build scalable, secure, data-rich products
Partner with senior business leaders globally to identify pain points, capture requirements, and drive user adoption
Establish KPIs and product telemetry to measure success, adoption, and ROI
Requirements
10+ years of progressive experience in product management
5+ years in a senior leadership role (VP, Head of Product, or CPO) managing multiple product teams
Demonstrated track record of productizing Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or advanced data analytics to drive measurable business outcomes
Proven track record of building and launching enterprise-grade, proprietary B2B software products
Experience in PropTech, Commercial Real Estate, or Financial Services is highly advantageous
Strong technical background
Experience building products leveraging Google technology ecosystems preferred
Ability to recruit, develop, and inspire high-performing product management teams in a matrixed, global organization
Outstanding executive-level communication and presentation skills
