Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications and automation solutions.
Use the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
Translate organizational needs into secure, practical, high-quality technical solutions that optimize workflows.
Assess requests for operational process automation.
Create prototypes and perform proof-of-concept validation for proposed solutions.
Develop and implement enterprise-scale automations using Power Automate.
Design custom applications using Power Apps.
Create and maintain Power BI dashboards.
Collaborate on process documentation and ensure compliance with security standards.
Requirements
College diploma or bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or Power Automate RPA (PL-500) certification (required).
Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300) or Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) certification (an asset).
3 to 5 years of experience in IT operations, workflow optimization, or software development, and at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
Minimum of 1 year of experience designing multi-tier cloud flows and in development (original text appears incomplete).
Minimum of 1 year of experience designing and maintaining professional-quality Power BI dashboards with data from multiple sources (e.g., SharePoint, SQL, or Excel).
Minimum of 1 year of experience working directly with end users to observe and extract process steps and requirements in environments lacking formal workflows.
Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting structured data ingestion or workflow automation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (required).
Good verbal and written communication skills in French (an asset).
