About the role

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications and automation solutions.
- Use the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
- Translate organizational needs into secure, practical, high-quality technical solutions that optimize workflows.
- Assess requests for operational process automation.
- Create prototypes and perform proof-of-concept validation for proposed solutions.
- Develop and implement enterprise-scale automations using Power Automate.
- Design custom applications using Power Apps.
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards.
- Collaborate on process documentation and ensure compliance with security standards.
Requirements
- College diploma or bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
- Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or Power Automate RPA (PL-500) certification (required).
- Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300) or Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) certification (an asset).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT operations, workflow optimization, or software development, and at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience designing multi-tier cloud flows and in development (original text appears incomplete).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience designing and maintaining professional-quality Power BI dashboards with data from multiple sources (e.g., SharePoint, SQL, or Excel).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working directly with end users to observe and extract process steps and requirements in environments lacking formal workflows.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting structured data ingestion or workflow automation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (required).
- Good verbal and written communication skills in French (an asset).
