About the role

  • Client Implementation Manager deploying PayIt’s GovTech SaaS platform for government agencies. Leading configurations, testing, stakeholder coordination, and client handoffs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation of SaaS solutions with government agency teams
  • Own client implementation efforts through project management, business-rule gathering, implementation activities, and coordination with other teams
  • Develop and configure prototypes using PayIt Platform tools based on client needs
  • Build and iterate prototypes based on client feedback
  • Deliver engineering and cross-functional requirements while coordinating timelines with the PMO
  • Create test plans and align requirements with Product teams
  • Log and coordinate implementation issues and bugs
  • Validate test plans and requirements with clients
  • Ensure configurations meet client and PayIt product specifications
  • Support clients in maintaining platform hygiene, including customer-friendly workflows, naming conventions, and data organization
  • Proactively identify configuration and user-experience issues
  • Serve as the primary connection point for steady-state handoff to Client Success, Operations, and Support
  • Develop training for PayIt departments on user experience and client FAQs
  • Maintain, update, and develop client-related documentation internally and externally
  • Coordinate efforts with client stakeholders
  • Ensure confidentiality, integrity, availability, and due care of company, client, and citizen data

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience working for a software-based organization
  • Hands-on experience supporting or implementing applications using web technologies and/or working in a client-facing Business or Solution Analyst capacity
  • Ability to lead large enterprise implementations across multiple internal and external stakeholder groups
  • Proactive, logical, and collaborative approach to solving complex problems
  • Resiliency and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to and effect changes in approaches and processes
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to influence clients while managing evolving SaaS requirements
  • Experience with the full project management lifecycle
  • Experience articulating product roadmaps and deliverables in a client-facing capacity
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Confluence, Trello, Teams, Slack, and Jira
  • Experience with diagram and visualization solutions such as Draw.IO and LucidChart
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel 10–20%
  • U.S. citizenship or authorization to work for any U.S. employer, without sponsorship, or Canadian citizenship/authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
