About the role

  • Bilingual trainer delivering PBS dealership software training and implementation support. Training automotive fixed-operations customers virtually and onsite across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver effective customer training and support on PBS Dealer Management Software in English and French through virtual and in-person sessions
  • Develop a thorough understanding of all PBS software modules and customer training processes
  • Assist with new software installations and provide ongoing support throughout implementation
  • Develop understanding of data-entry processes and other essential tasks
  • Train customers on assigned software modules
  • Maintain positive customer relationships, identify customer needs, and ensure they are met
  • Respond to internal and external training requests in a timely manner
  • Write tickets, investigate issues, and escalate issues to corresponding teams
  • Monitor the STT queue
  • Maintain and update documentation as processes change
  • Share knowledge within the assigned module and across the STT team
  • Learn new products and commit to ongoing education and cross-training
  • Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a car dealership environment, focused on Fixed Operations
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 1 week per month
  • Valid passport required
  • Visa required if applicable
  • Full, valid, unrestricted driver’s licence required
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • PBS software experience is a strong asset
  • Experience facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions is a strong asset
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Outstanding documentation abilities
  • High School Diploma
