About the role

  • Bilingual trainer delivering PBS dealership management software training and implementation support. Serving automotive dealerships through virtual sessions and travel across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and develop an understanding of all PBS software areas and customer training processes.
  • Develop a strong understanding of data entry processes and other essential tasks.
  • Work directly with customers and deliver training for assigned modules.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships, identify customer needs, and ensure they are met.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external training requests.
  • Write tickets, investigate issues, and escalate them to the appropriate teams.
  • Monitor the STT queue.
  • Maintain documentation and update it as processes change.
  • Share knowledge within the primary module and across the STT team.
  • Learn new products to increase knowledge.
  • Participate in ongoing education and cross-training.
  • Assist with new software installations and provide support throughout implementation.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a car dealership environment, focused on Fixed Operations.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools.
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to one week per month.
  • Valid passport and visa, if applicable.
  • Valid, unrestricted driver’s licence.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • PBS software experience is a strong asset.
  • Experience facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions is a strong asset.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Outstanding documentation abilities.
  • High School Diploma.
