About the role

  • Customer Project Manager leading CT, MRI, cardiovascular, and molecular imaging installations for Philips, a global health technology company. Coordinating healthcare construction projects, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate project plans according to management goals and timelines
  • Define project scope, required resources, anticipated costs, risks, and quality standards
  • Develop project plans including WBS, Change Management Plan, Communication Plan, Risk Management Plan, Stakeholder Analysis, and Resource Management Plan
  • Coordinate, lead, and motivate cross-functional internal and external Sales, Clinical, and Technical resources
  • Coordinate with hospital-provided project managers or points of contact
  • Communicate with project stakeholders and third-party vendors
  • Provide regular project updates and lead regular project meetings
  • Support pre-sales activities to determine technically feasible customer solutions
  • Manage Forward Looking Inventory Management, Project Cycle Time, Forecast Accuracy, Revenue Recognition, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Manage multiple imaging-system installation and construction projects concurrently

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Project Management
  • Experience preferably within a Healthcare or Technology Environment or Construction Projects in the Healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Project and standardized Project Management tools and documentation
  • Ability to provide influential leadership across project resources, stakeholders, and subcontractors
  • Ability to negotiate and manage highly satisfied customer experiences
  • Ability to manage and lead multiple projects concurrently
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Clinical or Computer Science, Information Technology, or Construction Project Management, or equivalent combined experience/education
  • Project Management certification preferred, such as PMP or Masters Certificate in Project Management
  • LEAN Certification helpful
  • Strong leadership, organization, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication in the local language and English
  • Canadian work authorization required; candidates requiring current or future sponsorship will not be considered
  • Must reside in or within commuting distance to Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
