Responsibilities
formulate the project plan in accordance with the goals and timing set by management
specify the project scope, resources required, anticipated costs, risk assessment and quality standards
develop project plans utilizing the Philips Project Management Methodology including Comprehensive WBS, Change Management Plan, Communication Plan, Risk Management Plan, Stakeholder Analysis and Resource Management Plan
coordinate, lead and motivate a diverse cross-functional team of internal and external Sales, Clinical and Technical resources
communicate effectively with all project stakeholders and third-party vendors
responsible for Forward Looking Inventory Management, Project Cycle Time, Forecast Accuracy, Revenue Recognition, and Customer Satisfaction
Requirements
minimum 3 years’ experience in Project Management preferably within a Healthcare or Technology Environment or Construction Projects in the Healthcare industry
demonstrated proficiency in the use of MS Project and other standardized Project Management tools and documentation
effective influential leadership across all project resources/stakeholders including subcontractors
able to negotiate and deliver highly satisfied customer experiences
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined experience/education in Clinical or Computer Science, Information Technology, Construction Project Management
Certification in Project Management preferred (PMP or Masters Certificate in Project Management)
LEAN Certification is also helpful
