About the role

  • Customer Project Manager for Philips Healthcare overseeing Imaging Systems installation and construction projects. Responsible for developing plans, leading teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction with up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities

  • formulate the project plan in accordance with the goals and timing set by management
  • specify the project scope, resources required, anticipated costs, risk assessment and quality standards
  • develop project plans utilizing the Philips Project Management Methodology including Comprehensive WBS, Change Management Plan, Communication Plan, Risk Management Plan, Stakeholder Analysis and Resource Management Plan
  • coordinate, lead and motivate a diverse cross-functional team of internal and external Sales, Clinical and Technical resources
  • communicate effectively with all project stakeholders and third-party vendors
  • responsible for Forward Looking Inventory Management, Project Cycle Time, Forecast Accuracy, Revenue Recognition, and Customer Satisfaction

Requirements

  • minimum 3 years’ experience in Project Management preferably within a Healthcare or Technology Environment or Construction Projects in the Healthcare industry
  • demonstrated proficiency in the use of MS Project and other standardized Project Management tools and documentation
  • effective influential leadership across all project resources/stakeholders including subcontractors
  • able to negotiate and deliver highly satisfied customer experiences
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined experience/education in Clinical or Computer Science, Information Technology, Construction Project Management
  • Certification in Project Management preferred (PMP or Masters Certificate in Project Management)
  • LEAN Certification is also helpful
  • exceptional communication both verbally and in writing, in local language as well as English.
