About the role
- Senior Program Manager leading enterprise healthcare IT implementations for Philips Canada. Managing customer governance, multidisciplinary delivery teams, budgets, risks, and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation program delivery, maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Serve as the primary leadership contact for a large Canadian healthcare customer
- Build relationships with executive stakeholders, clinical leaders, IT teams, government organizations, and partner organizations
- Establish and lead program governance, executive steering committees, risk management processes, escalation frameworks, and cross-functional decision-making forums
- Coordinate multidisciplinary implementation teams and collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Clinical Consulting, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, and other stakeholders
- Drive operational excellence through resource planning, capacity management, performance monitoring, continuous improvement initiatives, and team development
- Lead delivery of a complex, enterprise-scale healthcare IT implementation program in Canada
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years of experience with a Master's degree, in Program Management, Professional Services, Healthcare IT Implementations, Service Delivery, or a related field
- Experience with Enterprise Imaging/PACS, VNA, RIS, EMR/EHR, cloud healthcare platforms, public-sector healthcare programs, or healthcare implementation delivery leadership
- Skills in program governance, executive stakeholder management, customer relationship management, financial planning and forecasting, resource planning, risk and issue management, contract and scope management, change management, and cross-functional leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Informatics, Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or an equivalent
- Experienced leader with strong executive presence, able to navigate complex customer environments, drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, and lead large-scale implementation programs
- Experience in healthcare information technology implementations and understanding of enterprise healthcare environments, including radiology workflows, healthcare delivery networks, and integrated delivery networks
- Canadian work authorization is a precondition of employment
