About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Manager recruiting technology-sector GTM talent for Pigment’s AI-powered business-planning platform. Leading headhunting, candidate assessment and hiring-manager advisory during a six-month contract.

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with hiring managers and GTM executives to identify and prioritise immediate talent requirements
  • Source, engage and close high-performing candidates across a broad range of GTM roles
  • Develop creative, headhunting-led strategies to reach passive, top-tier SaaS talent through market mapping, targeted outreach and industry intelligence
  • Screen and assess candidates against values alignment and required technical or commercial competencies
  • Deliver a seamless, transparent and high-touch candidate experience from first contact through offer stage
  • Coach interview teams and share recruitment best practices with internal stakeholders
  • Track and report talent acquisition metrics to identify successful approaches, bottlenecks and improvement areas
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition team processes, tools and operating model initiatives
  • Provide flexible recruitment support across priority GTM hiring as volumes and business needs evolve

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a fast-growing environment
  • Experience hiring go-to-market talent in the technology sector
  • Strong headhunting skills
  • Ability to move between volume hiring and retained-search approaches
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and colleagues
  • Confidence using productivity and recruitment tools
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a structured way
  • Curiosity and ability to learn
  • Ability to work effectively with autonomy
  • Pragmatic problem-solving skills
