Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and GTM executives to identify talent needs
- Source, engage and close high-performing candidates across GTM roles
- Develop headhunting-led strategies using market mapping, targeted outreach and industry intelligence
- Screen and assess candidates for values alignment and technical or commercial competencies
- Deliver a seamless, transparent and high-touch candidate experience through the offer stage
- Coach interview teams and share recruitment best practices
- Track and report talent acquisition metrics
- Lead initiatives to scale Talent Acquisition processes, tools and operating model
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a fast-growing environment
- Experience hiring go-to-market talent in the technology sector
- Strong headhunting skills
- Ability to move between volume hiring and retained-search approaches
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and colleagues
- Confidence using productivity and recruitment tools
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a structured way
