Driving Orchestration SDK adoption across web, iOS, Android, and hybrid frameworks while optimizing integrations for developers and AI agents.
Responsibilities
Own the product strategy and roadmap for Ping’s Orchestration SDK across Web, iOS, Android, and Hybrid frameworks
Partner with technical documentation and developer relations teams to deliver documentation, quick-start guides, and sample apps
Work with Engineering and Product Management teams to align SDK capabilities with platform releases
Engage customers, partner engineers, and the open-source community to gather requirements and feedback
Write technical blog posts, participate in developer forums, and create SDK content
Manage the product lifecycle from concept to release
Maintain a prioritized product backlog and define success metrics such as SDK adoption and integration time
Monitor app development trends, cross-platform frameworks, identity standards, and AI-related development trends
Improve Ping’s developer experience across products and champion original ideas
Optimize SDKs, APIs, and tooling for human developers and autonomous AI agents
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Hands-on experience building software
Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and FIDO/WebAuthn
Experience using AI-assisted software development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar
Understanding of how AI coding agents interact with SDKs, APIs, documentation, and developer tooling
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience defining and executing product roadmaps based on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback
Experience managing a product backlog in an agile environment
Ability to balance developer friction points with long-term platform scalability
Client-side SDK and REST API experience is an advantage
Familiarity or strong interest in agentic infrastructure tools, AI software development loops, and MCP is an advantage
