About the role

  • Group Product Manager evolving Planitar's iGUIDE spatial-data platform. Leading product, UX, AI prototyping, discovery, and cross-functional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product vision, strategy, and execution
  • Own and sequence the product roadmap, discontinue ineffective initiatives, and ship products
  • Run lightweight processes that deliver quality products efficiently
  • Empower cross-functional teams to make decisions within strategic guardrails
  • Prototype flows, rough models, and demos using AI to de-risk decisions
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product managers and designers
  • Build the team's capability to use AI for prototyping and testing
  • Advocate for required people and budget while communicating tradeoffs
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience
  • Communicate product vision, priorities, and performance to executives, board members, customers, and partners
  • Gather customer, competitor, and market insights and turn them into actionable decisions
  • Establish continuous discovery through weekly user conversations and early testing
  • Measure product outcomes, combine quantitative data with user feedback, and iterate or withdraw initiatives
  • Build and operate the discovery-to-delivery process
  • Define and track KPIs for product success
  • Prototype ideas, test them with users, and decide whether to build or drop them
  • Evolve the iGUIDE platform to meet user needs and unlock new opportunities

Requirements

  • Senior Manager/Supervisor level experience
  • Product vision, strategy, and execution experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional product and UX teams
  • Builder's mindset: moving fast, deciding with incomplete information, and learning in-market
  • Fluency with AI tools to prototype and validate ideas directly
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and grow product managers and designers
  • Ability to coach teams to prototype and test ideas with AI
  • Experience collaborating with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience
  • Customer, competitor, and market research experience
  • Experience with continuous discovery and frequent user conversations
  • Ability to define and track KPIs and make data-driven decisions
  • Minimum experience: Senior Manager/Supervisor
