About the role

  • SA&A Specialist securing Azure-native platforms for PLATO, Canada’s Indigenous-owned software testing and technology services company. Managing controls, security testing, compliance evidence, and remediation recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise in completing required SA&A documents and activities for Azure native platforms
  • Collect, document, and maintain evidence of control responses to ensure compliance with security standards
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Security Installation Plans for secure system deployment
  • Conduct security testing, analyze results, and document test reports
  • Identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies
  • Apply Azure platform security configuration knowledge to implement best practices and enhance security posture
  • Apply Government of Canada SA&A process expertise to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and maintain security measures

Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance required at the time of application
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically Security Assessment and Authorization
  • Proven experience with Azure platform security configurations and management
  • Familiarity with Government of Canada SA&A processes and compliance requirements
