About the role
- Senior Software Engineer building full-stack integrations for PocketHealth, a digital medical-imaging platform. Improving hospital workflows and patient access through scalable infrastructure and automation.
Responsibilities
- Build the next generation of PocketHealth's core infrastructure for hospitals, clinics, and patients
- Own product and design decisions for the assigned domain
- Own architecture, design, development, deployment, and operations of solutions
- Improve provider patient flow and quality of care through full-stack features
- Reduce manual effort through workflow automation
- Design and implement integrations connecting provider systems to PocketHealth
- Write purpose-built code for client workflows and handle edge cases
- Use AI-assisted development tools in daily engineering practice
- Collaborate with engineers and non-technical stakeholders
- Manage multiple simultaneous deployments
- Perform observability, monitoring, incident response, and resolution for production services
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a full-stack skill set
- Experience with Go, Angular, TypeScript, C#, and MySQL
- Experience building and maintaining scalable, reliable integrations and customer-facing applications
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and microservices architecture
- Experience with production-scaled UIs
- Ability to own production services end-to-end, including observability, monitoring, incident response, and resolution
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
- Proven ability to work across teams while maintaining ownership
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or Copilot
- Ability to manage multiple active deployments
