About the role

  • Director of Technical Program Management building Prenuvo’s TPM function and leading complex healthcare technology programs. Driving patient retention and longitudinal care initiatives across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, Data, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead the technical program management function at Prenuvo
  • Define the TPM operating model across Product & Technology
  • Establish scalable practices for program planning, governance, dependency management, risk management, and executive visibility
  • Create measures of program health, technical readiness, and launch readiness
  • Lead complex, high-priority cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, and business functions
  • Develop integrated program plans covering milestones, dependencies, sequencing, resource constraints, decisions, and critical paths
  • Apply technical judgment to challenge assumptions, uncover dependencies, and identify risks
  • Drive resolution of cross-team blockers and ensure timely decisions
  • Establish launch-readiness expectations across technical, operational, clinical, regulatory, privacy, legal, support, and go-to-market teams
  • Provide Product & Technology leadership visibility into portfolio health, trade-offs, constraints, and upcoming decisions
  • Recruit, develop, and coach a high-impact TPM team
  • Immediately focus on patient retention and longitudinal care initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, Data, and Marketing

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience across technical program management, engineering program management, product development, or closely related roles
  • 2+ years of people leadership, with experience developing TPMs or other technical program leaders
  • Experience building or materially evolving program-management practices in a growing technology organization
  • Track record leading large, technically complex initiatives involving multiple engineering and product teams
  • Strong technical fluency, including architecture, APIs, data flows, platforms, technical constraints, and engineering trade-offs
  • Strength in dependency management, risk management, technical planning, and launch readiness
  • Ability to turn ambiguity into structure without unnecessary bureaucracy
  • Strong executive communication and judgment regarding escalation
  • Experience influencing leaders and teams without relying solely on formal authority
  • Comfort operating as both a senior leader and hands-on program owner
  • Experience in healthcare, health technology, regulated technology, or another complex environment is preferred
  • Experience in a high-growth or scale-up environment is strongly preferred
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa, current or future
  • Successful candidates must undergo a background check
