About the role

  • Senior People Systems Generalist scaling HRIS, employee operations, and compliance at Prenuvo, a proactive healthcare company. Managing systems, analytics, mobility, and lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own HRIS data integrity through audits, corrections, and configuration of workflows/business rules in platforms such as Rippling or Workday
  • Serve as escalation point for HRIS and People & Culture systems issues, including HRIS-to-SSO provisioning
  • Partner with IT/Okta and vendors on root-cause fixes
  • Support system upgrades and rollouts through UAT, documentation, and training
  • Build people analytics reports and automation for data-driven leadership decisions
  • Lead cross-functional projects including compensation/performance cycles, system implementations/migrations, and policy changes
  • Improve onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Act as subject matter expert on policy and compliance, partnering with Legal on employment law adherence
  • Manage global mobility and immigration cases
  • Support employee relations escalations with People & Culture Business Partners
  • Draft SOPs and policy documentation
  • Mentor junior People Operations team members

Requirements

  • 5+ years in HR/People Ops, HRIS administration, or related generalist experience
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian employment law and payroll/tax compliance; US experience a plus
  • Hands-on HRIS platform experience with Rippling, Workday, or similar
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable explaining policy to all levels
  • Process-improvement mindset and discretion handling confidential data
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of hire
  • Must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa, currently or in the future
  • Successful candidates must undergo a background check
  • CPHR/PHR/SHRM-CP preferred, not required
