About the role
- Strategic Product Consultant advising general contractors on Procore’s Financials and Resource Management platforms. Improving construction workflows through consultation, training, and product expertise.
Responsibilities
- Work with Project Managers to develop clients into Procore experts and evangelists through consultation
- Leverage real estate development and construction industry knowledge to improve client business processes in Procore and across the client’s organization
- Provide high-level service and education to Procore clients through clear and effective communication
- Onboard, train, and mentor team members
- Collaborate across Procore to develop best practices and drive Procore’s evolution as a market leader
- Develop mastery of Procore’s product offerings, business model, services, emerging technologies, and Customer Success best practices
- Travel up to 50% to client sites, industry events, and other Procore offices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the construction industry transitioning into a software consulting and advisory role
- Previous experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, Project Finance Manager, Estimator, or Project Engineer
- Experience managing project construction, including bidding, procurement, RFIs, submittals, drawings, specifications, documents and schedule, quality control and safety
- Experience establishing SOPs preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
