About the role

  • Director of Product Marketing shaping Procurify’s agentic procurement platform narrative and go-to-market strategy. Leading product marketing managers for a spend-management platform.

Responsibilities

  • Own Procurify's positioning strategy and differentiation in the procurement market
  • Build and maintain the company narrative and messaging architecture
  • Own the AI and agentic procurement narrative
  • Own market segmentation and customer research, including win/loss analysis
  • Analyze product, customer, funnel, and market data to make strategic recommendations
  • Shape analyst relations strategy and represent Procurify through briefings, press, and webinars
  • Set execution standards, quality bars, and operating rhythms for Product Marketing
  • Own portfolio launch strategy and direct-to-customer communications
  • Report and analyze Product Marketing's contribution to pipeline, adoption, and retention
  • Build an AI-enabled Product Marketing practice with shared tools and repeatable workflows
  • Influence roadmap, pricing, packaging, and launch sequencing
  • Own enablement deliverables including positioning one-pagers, battlecards, playbooks, demo narratives, and objection handling
  • Train Sales and Customer Success on messaging, use cases, and differentiation
  • Set standards for competitive intelligence
  • Coach and develop two Product Marketing Managers
  • Own the team's structure, culture, operations, quarterly plan, and portfolio coverage

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing
  • Significant Product Marketing leadership experience and direct people management
  • Experience owning company-level positioning and messaging for a multi-product or complex SaaS platform
  • Experience leading go-to-market strategy across a product portfolio, including segmentation, launch strategy, sales enablement, customer communications, and market adoption
  • Ability to turn customer, competitive, win/loss, and market insight into decisions on positioning, roadmap, pricing, packaging, and business investment
  • Credibility with senior executives, Sales, Product, Customer Success, customers, and industry analysts
  • Experience building and coaching a high-performing Product Marketing team
  • Commercial mindset and ability to measure Product Marketing against pipeline, adoption, retention, and competitive performance
  • Practical AI fluency, including changing team workflows and building repeatable AI-enabled processes
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
  • Up-to-date LinkedIn profile, refreshed upon joining
  • Must be located in Canada; position is remote within Canada only
