About the role
- Senior Product Manager shaping AI-native procurement software at Procurify. Driving P2P product strategy, customer outcomes, and rapid AI-enabled delivery.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver high-impact solutions within a core product area
- Drive meaningful business and customer outcomes aligned with strategic priorities
- Guide the team toward the highest-impact opportunities
- Set strategic direction and make effective decisions within product domains
- Build domain expertise and facilitate decision-making with company experts
- Represent the customer voice through curiosity, insight, and empathy
- Champion customer needs and ensure solutions improve customer experience and drive value
- Use rapid prototyping, fast experimentation, and AI tools in product development
- Identify how AI can unlock better solutions faster
- Collaborate with the engineering and design product triad and teams across the company
- Build alignment and share context across the business
- Balance customer needs, technical realities, and business goals
- Shape product strategy and inform roadmap decisions
- Deliver results aligned with product goals
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, fintech, or related industries
- Proven product ownership experience within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle
- Deep expertise in at least one core domain: Procurement or Accounts Payable
- Proven ability to deliver high-impact business and customer outcomes in fast-moving environments
- Experience working in empowered, cross-functional triads with engineering and design
- Familiarity with AI-Native development practices and rapid experimentation
- Strong communication skills and a highly collaborative mindset
- Analytical thinking focused on solving the right problems
- Clear sense of domain ownership and ability to align work to strategic goals
- Passion for building meaningful products as part of a high-performing team
- Excellent project management skills to run discovery, design, and development initiatives in parallel
