- Prospect and develop new business by phone and/or in person
- Manage a volume of renewals; receive and process requests from insured members for changes to coverage within required timeframes
- Analyze current and future needs of insured members to offer coverage tailored to their requirements
- Ensure client retention by contacting insured members prior to each renewal to update their files
Requirements
- AEC or DEC in property and casualty insurance
- Valid AMF license in commercial property and casualty insurance
- Relevant experience in property and casualty insurance
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Good knowledge of core Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to prioritize and meet commitments
