About the role

Responsibilities
- Advise insured members on personal lines insurance by recommending appropriate products and services
- Analyze insured members’ current and future needs to provide suitable auto and home insurance coverage
- Process requests related to policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and updates
- Work at one of the following locations: Sherbrooke, Drummondville, Coaticook, or Lac-Mégantic
Requirements
- Diploma of College Studies (DEC) or Attestation of College Studies (AEC) in insurance and financial services (an asset)
- Valid AMF licence in personal lines property and casualty insurance
- Experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of computers and major software applications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
