Product Training & Enablement Manager shaping learning programs for Prophix’s finance-planning software. Designing training, enabling customers and employees, and leading learning specialists across a global organization.
Responsibilities
Design and own a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with Prophix goals and business priorities
Partner with stakeholders to identify product learning needs, define priorities, and build a training roadmap
Apply instructional design methodologies to develop learning solutions for customers, new hires, and employees
Facilitate product training sessions virtually and in person for internal teams and customers
Build and maintain course materials, live demonstrations, and job aids
Integrate innovative learning technologies to improve delivery, engagement, and accessibility
Define, track, and report success metrics for learning initiatives
Lead and coach a small team of Learning Specialists and Content Specialists
Monitor learning and development trends, including AI’s evolving role in L&D
Embed AI-powered tools and workflows to personalize learning, accelerate content creation, analyze data, and enhance delivery
Champion learning and collaboration while aligning programming with DEI principles and compliance requirements
Requirements
5+ years of experience in learning and development
Demonstrated track record designing and delivering impactful learning solutions
Understanding of instructional design methodologies and ability to customize them for diverse audiences
Hands-on experience with learning technologies such as Skilljar or 360Learning
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to measure program effectiveness and translate data into improvements
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Experience using AI tools to drive efficiency and continuous improvement
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Ability to facilitate learning experiences for varied audiences
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10% of the time
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Ability to learn new tools and adapt as technology and workflows evolve
Preferred: experience developing customer-facing training programs in a B2B SaaS environment
Preferred: familiarity with advanced learning technologies
Preferred: experience leading or mentoring learning professionals
Preferred: ability to build and manage a learning roadmap connected to business outcomes
