About the role

  • Partner Account Manager growing Prophix’s financial performance software through Referral, Reseller, and ISV partnerships. Driving partner-led pipeline and revenue across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a territory sales plan to drive partner pipeline growth and meet quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop Referral, Reseller, and ISV partners
  • Create individual partner plans aligned with Prophix’s North American channel strategy
  • Develop relationships within partner accounts and support partners through sales cycles from first engagement through close
  • Serve as primary point of contact for partners and articulate Prophix’s value proposition to stakeholders, clients, and prospects
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing on partner campaigns, lead generation events, sales education programs, and adoption initiatives
  • Represent Prophix at conferences, tradeshows, and partner events
  • Coordinate with Prophix Academy, Finance, Direct Sales, and Customer Support to provide partner resources and support
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and records in Prophix systems
  • Contribute to partner-led pipeline and revenue growth for the North American Strategic Alliances & Partnerships team

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or account management within a technology or advisory company
  • Demonstrated ability to build, grow, and sustain strong partner or client relationships across complex organizations
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives and executing territory or account development plans
  • Experience managing complex, solution-oriented sales or implementation engagements in partnership with external stakeholders
  • Skilled at navigating multi-level organizational structures and earning buy-in from technical and operational audiences
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey value propositions to a wide range of audiences
  • Comfort using AI tools responsibly for research, drafting, or data review
  • Collaborative mindset when working with teams and technology
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the United States, and internationally as needed
  • Must be legally entitled to work in the country where this role is located
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of accounting and/or financial concepts through academic study or hands-on experience
  • Experience with consultative selling approaches
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with drive and self-motivation
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred)
