About the role

  • Account Executive selling Push Operations’ HR, payroll, scheduling, and workforce management platform to Washington restaurants from Vancouver. Building cross-border territory pipeline and closing complex mid-market deals.

Responsibilities

  • Own new-logo acquisition across mid-market restaurant groups throughout Washington State
  • Travel into Washington for association shows, industry conferences, in-market events, prospect demos, on-site meetings, and operator dinners
  • Build and execute a Washington territory plan to create pipeline, market presence, and brand recognition
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with operators, finance, HR, payroll, and ownership groups
  • Identify whitespace opportunities across emerging chains, franchise groups, and multi-unit restaurant organizations
  • Understand operational pain across QSR, fast casual, full-service, and multi-location restaurant groups
  • Position workforce management, payroll, hiring, labor compliance, scheduling, and HR technology solutions around operational outcomes
  • Lead discovery, executive conversations, ROI alignment, and consensus-building across buying committees
  • Run disciplined deal cycles from outbound engagement through close and expansion
  • Balance remote work from Vancouver with in-person selling in Washington
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Marketing, Product, and RevOps
  • Mentor SDRs and improve outbound prospecting motions
  • Leverage AI tools and workflow automation for prospecting, account research, pipeline management, forecasting, and deal execution
  • Shape Push’s cross-border field go-to-market motion in Washington through process improvements and experimentation

Requirements

  • Based in Greater Vancouver, BC / Lower Mainland
  • Able to travel frequently into Washington State
  • Able to cross the Canada–U.S. border for business with a valid passport; NEXUS is an asset
  • Energized by in-person meetings, industry events, trade shows, and operator dinners
  • 5+ years of experience in complex B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven success closing mid-market new-logo opportunities
  • Experience managing longer, multi-threaded sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Track record of consistently exceeding quota in high-growth environments
  • Experience selling workforce management, human resources, payroll, scheduling, labor management, or adjacent restaurant technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and labor challenges
  • Ability to self-manage a hybrid, cross-border schedule
  • Existing Washington / Pacific Northwest restaurant and hospitality relationships are a bonus
  • Experience selling into national or regional QSR chains, franchise organizations, or multi-unit restaurant groups is a bonus
  • Experience mentoring or leveling up SDRs and outbound motions is a bonus
