About the role

  • Project Coordinator managing customer onboarding projects for Push’s all-in-one HR, payroll, time-tracking, and scheduling platform. Coordinating cross-functional teams, timelines, meetings, and successful handoffs.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and customers throughout onboarding projects
  • Create and manage onboarding timelines, project plans, and key milestones
  • Coordinate with Sales, Data Migration, Implementation, and Support teams
  • Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within scope
  • Identify risks or blockers and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Lead customer-facing project kickoffs and regular status meetings
  • Keep internal and external stakeholders informed of project status, next steps, and key changes
  • Maintain accurate documentation in project trackers and related systems
  • Drive project closure and transition projects to Support or Customer Success teams

Requirements

  • 2+ years of project management or implementation experience
  • 1–2 years of previous US Payroll experience
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Highly proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks
  • Comfortable leading meetings and communicating with external customers via Google Meet and phone
  • Ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive resolution in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled at using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Previous SaaS or startup experience (bonus)
  • Previous experience in client onboarding or implementation projects (bonus)
  • Previous experience with project management tools such as OnRamp, Rocketlane, and Asana (bonus)
