About the role
- Senior Associate supporting payments transformation and technology implementations for PwC Canada’s financial-sector clients. Delivering research, recommendations, project management, and actionable consulting insights.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of end-to-end engagements related to payments and the financial sector
- Deliver high-quality work and actionable insights in written and verbal formats
- Support day-to-day client management and project management
- Develop high-quality client deliverables
- Deliver advice and recommendations and identify and solve problems
- Collaborate on practice development, thought leadership, and new payment offerings
- Promote diversity and equality within the team
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in financial services, ideally in consulting or payments
- Passion for learning more about payments
- Interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends
- Openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
- Experience supporting end-to-end delivery of projects, technology implementations, and/or other strategic initiatives
- Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal colleagues
- Self-motivated and collaborative
- Commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
