About the role

  • Business Operations Lead strengthening process, compliance, vendor management, and AI operations. Helping Quandri transform insurance agencies and brokerages with vertically focused AI.

Responsibilities

  • Build and adopt operational processes and systems that support company growth
  • Own the SOC 2 security and compliance program, including evidence collection, policy authorship, access and control reviews, audit readiness, Drata operations, and the incident response playbook
  • Partner with IT and distinguish responsibilities from SecOps-owned infrastructure security, technical control implementation, and vulnerability management
  • Build and run the vendor lifecycle, including intake, risk review, security assessment, approval, renewal, and offboarding
  • Design vendor approval authority matrices and partner with Legal on legal-review triggers
  • Drive vendor consolidation and spend rationalization
  • Lead rollout, training, and follow-through for new processes and tools
  • Execute cross-functional special projects such as pricing analysis, vendor consolidation business cases, GTM efficiency analysis, and operational model builds
  • Identify high-impact AI use cases and roll out AI tooling and shared resources
  • Design and build agentic workflows that become part of Quandri's operating model
  • Report to and partner closely with the Head of Finance & Operations
  • Work alongside Legal Counsel and collaborate with Finance, Product, Operations, IT, SecOps, and enablement teams

Requirements

  • Sharp critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Track record of designing, building, and running operational processes
  • Active AI user with a point of view on what works and drive to develop AI expertise
  • Comfort with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or a similar security and compliance program
  • Understanding of controls, exceptions, and evidence requests
  • Ability to work in ambiguous environments and implement appropriate structure
  • Strong communication across leadership, engineering, vendors, and other levels
  • High-agency builder's instinct
  • Bonus: startup experience
  • Bonus: hands-on SOC 2 compliance experience, ideally with Drata or a comparable platform
  • Bonus: experience owning vendor management or procurement at a scaling company
  • Bonus: experience building agentic or AI-assisted internal workflows
