About the role
- Senior Manager managing IAM compliance and security controls for RBC's enterprise. Overseeing risks, audits, and regulatory inquiries in a global security setting.
Responsibilities
- Identify and Track Issues: Identify and track IAM-related issues and action plans in accordance with enterprise standards
- Manage IAM Risks: Oversee IAM-related risks, maintaining accountability with risk owners
- Support Audit Activities: Monitor audit issues, support IAM business units, and partner with audit coordinators
- Address Regulatory Inquiries: Analyze and form opinions on how to address audit and regulatory inquiries
- Report on Emerging Risks: Report and communicate on emerging risk trends
- Meet Risk Assessment Timelines: Complete all risk activities according to the assessment plan
- Represent IAM in External Interactions: Represent the IAM team on risk-related issues
Requirements
- Relevant Education & Experience: Undergraduate degree coupled with change management experience in complex programs
- Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication
- Project & Time Management: Strong organizational, project management, and time management capabilities
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of technology and/or financial services industry
- Results-Oriented Mindset: Deadline-driven and results-oriented professional capable of managing multiple tasks
