Responsibilities
Identify and Track Issues: Identify and track IAM-related issues and action plans in accordance with enterprise standards
Manage IAM Risks: Oversee IAM-related risks, maintaining accountability with risk owners
Support Audit Activities: Monitor audit issues, support IAM business units, and partner with audit coordinators
Address Regulatory Inquiries: Analyze and form opinions on how to address audit and regulatory inquiries
Report on Emerging Risks: Report and communicate on emerging risk trends
Meet Risk Assessment Timelines: Complete all risk activities according to the assessment plan
Represent IAM in External Interactions: Represent the IAM team on risk-related issues
Requirements
Relevant Education & Experience: Undergraduate degree coupled with change management experience in complex programs
Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication
Project & Time Management: Strong organizational, project management, and time management capabilities
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of technology and/or financial services industry
