About the role

  • Healthcare services director leading Impark’s complex hospital and medical-campus parking portfolio. Overseeing multi-site operations, teams, client relationships, safety, compliance, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a cross-regional team of managers and supervisors responsible for numerous healthcare facilities
  • Ensure parking operations are safe, efficient, clean, and compliant with client expectations and regulatory standards
  • Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports
  • Oversee maintenance projects for timely and quality completion
  • Monitor staffing, customer satisfaction, compliance, and incident-response KPIs
  • Enforce company and client contractual obligations, policies, and safety standards
  • Respond to incidents, escalated concerns, and facility-related issues
  • Lead development and implementation of new parking technologies and solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business, portfolio growth, and revenue growth opportunities
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop managers and frontline employees across multiple sites
  • Provide performance monitoring and succession planning
  • Develop onboarding plans and oversee healthcare-specific training programs
  • Serve as senior point of contact for healthcare clients and build relationships with hospital and health authority stakeholders
  • Attend site meetings, provide data-driven performance updates, and respond to client feedback with action plans
  • Deliver client reporting on operational performance, service quality, staffing, and incident trends
  • Review monthly P&L statements, variance reports, and revenue performance
  • Recommend and implement operational adjustments to achieve or exceed financial targets
  • Ensure revenue controls and audit procedures are in place at managed sites
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Technology, Launch, HR, and Finance teams on improvements and new contracts
  • Contribute to marketing proposals and operational plans supporting healthcare-vertical expansion
  • Represent Impark within the healthcare community and civic organizations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in multi-site operations management, ideally in a regulated, service-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated leadership skills managing large and distributed teams
  • Excellent communication, client engagement, and relationship management skills
  • Strong financial and operational acumen, with experience reviewing P&Ls and performance metrics
  • Proven ability to handle multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience working directly with public or private healthcare organizations preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce preferred
  • PTMP (formerly CAPP) or CPP certification preferred
  • Master’s Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred
