About the role

  • Senior Product Marketing Manager shaping fintech product launches, positioning, pricing, and adoption at Relay, a digital banking platform for small businesses. Partnering across product, growth, data, sales, and design to drive measurable customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Inform product roadmap and prioritization as a key voice of the customer
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Brand/Design to align product strategy with market opportunities and growth potential
  • Own programs driving product adoption, activation, and retention
  • Identify user-journey friction and partner with Product, Growth, and Data on experiments and improvements
  • Develop and own go-to-market strategies for new features, product launches, and key initiatives
  • Ensure launches reflect customer needs and GTM efforts connect to measurable business outcomes
  • Lead research into user needs, use cases, and market trends
  • Translate customer insights into positioning and messaging across the customer journey and marketing channels
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, Brand/Design, Demand Generation, Growth, Sales, and Partnerships
  • Lead product launches cross-functionally and enable internal teams to meet targets and deadlines

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience
  • Experience preferably in an early-stage B2B or B2B2C company
  • Experience supporting SMBs preferred
  • Proven track record launching products or features, driving adoption, and delivering tangible business and customer outcomes
  • Data-driven storytelling and ability to craft narratives based on metrics
  • Ability to engage deeply with customers and translate insights into resonant messaging and positioning
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders with urgency and meet objectives and deadlines
  • Ability to define KPIs and create reporting requirements
  • Ability to partner with the Data team to produce high-quality progress reports
  • Ability to excel in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a strong ownership mindset
  • Active use and integration of AI into professional work
  • Successful background check and employment verification through Certn required for employment
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada and able to join the office three days a week (Tues/Weds/Thurs)
