About the role

  • Programs coordinator advancing innovation initiatives at the Rideau Hall Foundation, a Canadian charitable organization. Coordinating grants, events, stakeholders, reports, and digital campaigns across multiple portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, implement, and track activities required for the smooth running of multiple initiatives
  • Support program delivery and grant-making infrastructure, including plans and communication materials
  • Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual events, including travel arrangements, communications, and post-event follow-up
  • Distribute materials, meeting minutes, and reports to managers, team members, and stakeholders
  • Support work planning and implementation and maintain stakeholder communications
  • Support stakeholder identification, stewardship, and relationship management, including external specialists and vendors
  • Conduct research, write reports, and maintain databases and systems
  • Organize RHF information booths at events and keep print and digital materials updated
  • Coordinate digital content and campaigns across social media, websites, and newsletters with the Communications department
  • Monitor engagement, track performance metrics, and assist with communications tasks

Requirements

  • Relevant diploma or a combination of relevant training, education, and experience
  • 2 years of experience coordinating program and/or project management
  • Related work experience in the non-profit or charitable sector is an asset
  • Experience with small or start-up organizations or initiatives is an asset
  • Demonstrated experience in administration, project management, and event management
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently with flexibility and initiative
  • Flexibility and resourcefulness when managing competing priorities
  • Effective and professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders
  • General understanding of social media and digital marketing
  • Excellent office administration and organizational skills
  • Excellent event management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate multiple team priorities
  • Proficiency navigating software and CRMs
  • Must successfully pass all required security clearances
