About the role

  • Director of Product Growth scaling Roofr’s contractor CRM through activation, expansion, and self-serve revenue. Leading hybrid product-led and sales-led growth across product, data, and go-to-market.

Responsibilities

  • Own how Roofr grows through its product at the intersection of product, data, and go-to-market
  • Design activation and expansion paths that keep contractors engaged
  • Surface product signals that unlock sales conversations
  • Build a stronger self-serve experience focused on frictionless SMB UI/UX
  • Orchestrate the hybrid motion with Sales and build playbooks that turn product signals into pipeline
  • Drive activation and expansion through in-product experiences and expansion loops
  • Own the self-serve motion across transactional and subscription products, especially Measure+ and in-product upgrade paths
  • Lead the Growth team across Engineering, Design, and Data Science
  • Build a fast experimentation culture and own growth metrics
  • Report to the CPO and sit on the product leadership team
  • Deliver software adoption, hybrid-motion orchestration, and self-serve revenue growth

Requirements

  • 8 to 12+ years of product growth experience in B2B SaaS; vertical SaaS is a strong plus
  • Experience building a hybrid product-led and sales-led motion
  • Strong activation and expansion instincts
  • Experience with transactional and subscription revenue models
  • Ability to run experiments end to end, including designing experiments, setting success criteria, and shipping
  • Fluency in growth metrics including activation rate, adoption, expansion revenue, and NRR
  • Experience with Amplitude, HubSpot, and Snowflake or a comparable data warehouse
  • Experience building or scaling an AI-powered product is a meaningful differentiator
  • Ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams
  • Clear communication at every level, from executive to analyst
  • Based in the US or Canada
