About the role
- Affiliate Manager driving user acquisition for ScholarshipOwl, an AI-powered scholarship marketplace. Recruiting traffic partners, optimizing campaigns, and scaling profitable acquisition channels globally.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily scouting and outreach to recruit new traffic partners using manual communication and automated tools
- Identify partners aligned with the audience and deliver measurable user-acquisition growth
- Review partner performance metrics daily
- Scale winning campaigns and cut underperforming traffic sources
- Maintain high-touch partner engagement through regular check-ins
- Assess performance, negotiate contracts, and pitch new collaboration opportunities
- Establish at least one new traffic source generating $1,000 in monthly profit within the first 90 days
- Use AI-driven discovery tools such as Clay to streamline partner identification
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate management
- Proven track record of finding and onboarding new traffic partners
- Experience with affiliate tracking tools or networks such as Tune, Awin, Impact, or Affise
- Influencer-management-only experience is not a fit
- Proactive “hunter” mentality focused on traffic optimization and growth
- Comfortable using spreadsheets to monitor data
- Able to clearly articulate past campaign mechanics and successes
- Clear, fluent English communication skills
- Highly presentable for partner calls
- CRM/outreach-tool experience is a bonus
- Familiarity with AI discovery and prospecting tools such as Clay is a bonus
- Previous team-management experience is a nice-to-have
- Supplemental influencer-campaign experience is a nice-to-have
- Experience negotiating partner contracts is a nice-to-have
