About the role

  • Director unifying Seismic’s technical program management function after its Highspot merger. Leading platform integration, PDLC/SDLC modernization, and high-impact delivery programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, unify, and grow the Technical Program Management function
  • Build the TPM operating model, career path, and team standards
  • Personally drive high-stakes technical programs to completion with measurable impact metrics
  • Unify two legacy TPM cultures following the Seismic and Highspot merger
  • Establish a single source of truth for TPM engagement, role expectations, career ladder, leveling, and SLAs
  • Consolidate documentation across multiple systems
  • Partner with Engineering and Product leadership on platform unification and PDLC/SDLC modernization
  • Collaborate with Product Analytics, Product & Design Operations, Platform Transformation, and Technical Communications
  • Lead a portfolio of high-impact technical programs end to end
  • Own portfolio risk and escalation management and executive reporting cadence
  • Define the TPM hiring bar and own the interview loop
  • Build succession depth and coach/develop TPMs at every level

Requirements

  • 7+ years in technical program management
  • At least 2–3 years directly leading a TPM team
  • Track record of driving large-scale, cross-functional technical programs to measurable outcomes
  • Experience building or substantially improving a program-management operating model, including standards, career paths, SLAs, and documentation
  • Comfort partnering with distributed global teams and supporting remote and offshore team members
  • Strong executive communication skills
  • Fluency with industry-standard dashboard/reporting tools
  • Knowledge of setting, visualizing, measuring, and creating accountability through project- and team-level metrics
  • Experience inside a dedicated Product & Engineering Operations function or building one (nice to have)
  • Background in enterprise SaaS, ideally through a merger or acquisition integration (nice to have)
  • Experience building and managing software release cycles where quality is an imperative (nice to have)
