About the role

  • Stakeholder Partnerships Lead expanding Sentrex Health Solutions’ pharmaceutical patient support business across Canada. Building executive relationships, securing RFP opportunities, and growing the Canadian PSP pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, cultivate, and advance new business opportunities with pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotech companies, and strategic industry stakeholders
  • Develop and execute targeted business development strategies to increase Sentrex’s visibility and market presence within the Canadian PSP landscape
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and partnership opportunities
  • Secure invitations to RFPs, capability presentations, workshops, and strategic partnership discussions
  • Conduct market intelligence on upcoming launches, pipeline products, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities
  • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and key decision-makers
  • Serve as an external ambassador for Sentrex and articulate its value proposition, differentiators, and capabilities
  • Lead introductory meetings, capability presentations, networking engagements, and relationship-building activities
  • Maintain engagement with existing clients to support relationship growth and identify expansion opportunities
  • Represent Sentrex at conferences, networking events, client meetings, and association activities across Canada
  • Identify opportunities for strategic visibility, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and industry partnerships
  • Collaborate with BD Solutions, Operations, Executive Leadership, and Subject Matter Experts on opportunity qualification and strategic positioning
  • Support presentation development, client engagement strategies, and pre-RFP activities
  • Support transitions from relationship development through proposal and contracting phases
  • Maintain CRM documentation of opportunities, client interactions, and pipeline activities
  • Track business development metrics, lead progression, and sales activities
  • Provide leadership updates and forecasts on pipeline health, strategic opportunities, and market trends
  • Monitor the Canadian PSP landscape, competitor activity, payer policy changes, and manufacturer expectations
  • Contribute insights and recommendations to BD strategy, capability investments, and go-to-market positioning
  • Support proactive solution concepts and unsolicited proposals for target clients
  • Perform other relevant duties and projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5–8 years of business development, pharmaceutical sales, account management, or strategic partnership experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or PSP environments
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian pharmaceutical and patient support program landscape
  • Demonstrated success building client relationships and generating new business opportunities
  • Existing industry network and relationships within pharmaceutical manufacturers considered a strong asset
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive; comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to travel regularly within Canada for conferences, client meetings, and industry events
  • Commitment to providing a high level of service to internal and external clients
  • Adaptability and a track record of success during growth and organizational change
  • Proven track record of developing trust and influence at multiple levels

  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to build effective working relationships
