Responsibilities
Contribute to the protection and enhancement of magnificent territories and attractions by supporting the organization’s administrative functions, colleagues, and activities
Manage vendor registration and build relationships to resolve billing issues or overdue payments
Enter, verify, and match invoices with purchase orders and goods receipts; analyze and correct discrepancies
Oversee the tax withholding and remittance process, including remittances to Revenu Québec
Ensure payments are processed within the stated service standards
Review employee expense accounts and corporate credit card transactions
Participate in period-end activities, process accrued expenses, and close the accounts payable module
Ensure payment compliance with Quebec and Canadian legislation, prepare tax reports, and file periodic returns
Reconcile various accounts
Recommend solutions to optimize workflow and reduce processing times
Participate in the deployment and optimization of systems related to the area of responsibility
Requirements
Diploma of College Studies (DEC) with a specialization in administration or accounting, or in another related field
Two (2) years of relevant experience
Strong written French skills
Thoroughness, autonomy, strong synthesis and analytical skills, and the ability to manage priorities effectively
Customer-service orientation and strong communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, combined with the ability to quickly adapt to computer systems
