About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and ensure the quality of HRIS data
  • Coordinate compensation requests and provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team
  • Support the administration, optimization, and enhancement of the HRIS
  • Create and update Core HR data
  • Verify the consistency of HR data across different systems and recommend corrections
  • Follow up on user requests and reported issues
  • Collaborate on the development and improvement of HR processes related to the HRIS
  • Create, update, and maintain guides and procedures
  • Process or route requests submitted to the Compensation team
  • Conduct experience-recognition analyses used to establish salary offers
  • Draft administrative letters related to compensation files
  • Automate letters, forms, and processes using the Office suite, Power Automate, or the HRIS
  • Perform technical analyses, design reports, and leverage HR data to support decision-making, operations, and HR projects

Requirements

  • College diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field
  • Three years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel skills are an asset
  • Previous experience working with a computerized human resources management system
  • Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and thoroughness
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and prioritize tasks
