About the role
- Senior Fullstack Developer building ShareGate’s Microsoft 365 migration web application with C#, React, and TypeScript. Integrating Microsoft APIs and shaping a greenfield product experience.
Responsibilities
- Build the new ShareGate Migrate web application from scratch
- Ship full-stack features meeting quality, performance, and UX standards
- Shape technical choices including libraries, API patterns, code structure, and test strategy
- Translate user needs into shipped experiences in partnership with Product and Design
- Integrate Microsoft APIs securely and reliably for migration and authentication scenarios
- Anticipate technical risks and provide concrete solutions
- Conduct code reviews and mentor teammates
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude and GitHub Copilot
- Establish reusable technical patterns for future feature development
- Bring ShareGate's migration capabilities into a fully web-based experience
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in software development, ideally in a product-oriented environment
- Strong knowledge of frontend development with React (TypeScript)
- Experience in backend development with C# / .NET
- Demonstrated ability to exercise strong technical judgment in a product context
- Experience collaborating with product and design teams to deliver quality user experiences
- Experience using AI tools in daily software development
- Clear, direct communicator who can constructively challenge product decisions
- Experience with Microsoft APIs (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, MSAL) is an asset
