About the role

Engineering program management analyst overseeing aerospace project portfolios at SOGECLAIR, an innovative sustainable-mobility solutions provider. Managing schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Articulate program goals and objectives and their business impact
Develop and manage strategies, schedules, and budgets for the project portfolio
Establish and present project schedules and business cases
Guide cross-functional teams toward project milestones
Establish and track performance and progress metrics
Prepare status reports and modify schedules and plans as required
Provide day-to-day leadership to cross-functional teams
Present schedules, business cases, and updates to senior management
Identify project risks and mitigation or reduction strategies
Escalate issues to the appropriate management level
Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Control program costs, including manpower, materials, and direct costs
Support negotiations with suppliers and stakeholders regarding schedules, technical scope, and commercial impact

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business
More than five (5) years of relevant experience
Technical or manufacturing background in aerospace (asset)
Strong project management experience and team leadership skills
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities
Superior written and spoken communication skills
Ability to influence at different levels of the organization
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines while delivering quality results
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
Initiative, results orientation, and decision-making ability
