Responsibilities
Work closely with all manufacturing departments.
Contribute to process optimization to improve efficiency and productivity.
Ensure access to the data required for process control and verify its quality.
Play a role in enterprise-wide data governance.
Define and document standard manufacturing execution processes.
Participate in improvement initiatives using structured methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, problem solving).
Act as a 'data steward' for data governance.
Collaborate with Data and IT teams to validate data.
Help support data literacy across the manufacturing group.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience.
Two to five years of relevant experience.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL programming.
Knowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata management, and data management models.
Demonstrated experience in process standardization and optimization.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines independently.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
Good leadership skills and a strong team spirit.
Experience working with ERP/MES systems from a business-user perspective.
Experience with data documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview).
Knowledge of Lean principles (Six Sigma certification).
Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate.
Experience with data and code, including scripting (Python/Java/SQL/VBA), and with Microsoft cloud services: Azure, Databricks, Fabric, etc.
