About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the execution of sourcing projects for subcategories such as temporary labor, business services, and IT services
- Conduct market analyses, price comparisons, and supplier benchmarking
- Prepare and launch, under supervision, limited-scope RFI/RFP/RFQ processes
- Provide administrative follow-up on contracts and purchase orders in ERP systems
- Compile data and prepare tracking reports for sourcing projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather business requirements
- Keep the sourcing project pipeline up to date in DevOps
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for sourcing processes
- Join the Global Procurement & Supply Management (GPSM) team and develop strategic sourcing skills under the supervision of the Strategic Sourcing Manager
Requirements
- College or university degree in procurement, business administration, finance, engineering, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management (relevant internships considered)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and a curious mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently with appropriate guidance
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Proactive attitude and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of an ERP system (Oracle, SAP) is an asset
- Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
