Responsibilities
- Lead the development of software applications for timely, high-quality delivery
- Mentor and guide developers to enhance technical proficiency
- Collaborate with product and design teams to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Enforce coding standards and conduct peer reviews
- Develop and enforce software development practices promoting engineering excellence
- Implement and refine DevOps, automation, and CI/CD processes

Requirements
- Knowledge in architectural design and high-level system implementation
- Four-year university education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent level of education
- Relevant experience in software development
- Expertise in designing scalable, high-performance software systems
- Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture
- Proven ability to mentor and guide other engineers
- Experience managing project timelines and deliverables
- Over 6 years and up to and including 8 years of relevant experience
