• Provides planning and evaluation consultation and support to the organization to enhance services.
• Establishes and maintains effective relationships with persons supported and families, volunteers, and team members within all St.Amant programs and services.
• Conducts literature reviews and jurisdictional scans, and synthesizes information.
• Supports the use of best available evidence for decision making.
• Works with stakeholders to plan and conduct evaluations of services.
• Facilitates implementation of evaluation plans.
• Responsible for the management of data collection and analysis.
• Identifies any issues and solves problems.
• Meets regularly with stakeholders to discuss progress, issues and status, and establish quality data collection practices.
• Develops accessible products (e.g., written reports, presentations, infographics) to communicate findings and recommendations in plain language.
• Facilitates planning sessions and stakeholders engagement activities.
• Coordinates training and access to resources.
• Networks with organizations and communities to enhance services.
• Acts as liaison, communicates and maintains links between the Evaluation Office and key partners.
• Provides supervision and mentorship to student evaluators through practicum placements.
