- Cyber product and delivery leader shaping State Street’s cybersecurity platforms, analytics, and services. Steering product strategy, technical program delivery, executive leadership, and portfolio performance.
Responsibilities
- Set the vision and provide executive leadership to the Product & Delivery organization, driving performance, execution, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Lead delivery of custom digital products, platforms, and services across the portfolio of stakeholders and workstreams
- Anticipate cyber architecture and engineering product needs and build a delivery strategy bridging financial, technology, and organizational needs
- Lead and manage executive-level leaders of Technical Program/Delivery Management and Product Management
- Drive key business metrics and define Product & Delivery efficacy metrics
- Grow Program Management and Product Architecture skills and capabilities
- Engage clients and teams to maintain portfolio visibility, coach stakeholders, increase value creation, and manage delivery risks
- Assess and improve delivery, resourcing, capabilities, and capacity while advancing innovation, offerings, and delivery models
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical product or program management focused on platform build, data engineering, or cloud architecture
- 8+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience
- 3+ years of experience as a solution architect, data engineer, or in a related field
- 3+ years of technology and/or security domain experience
- 3+ years of experience executing Agile software development methodologies
- Experience building, owning, and delivering product roadmaps
- Experience with dependency management
- Experience working with engineers from diverse teams and expertise
- Experience providing executive leadership to cross-functional teams delivering custom digital products, platforms, and services
- Experience managing diverse internal and external engagements with delivery accountability
- Ability to increase Program Management and Product Architecture disciplines’ ownership of product delivery
- Experience providing delivery oversight and coaching senior-level leaders
- Experience building executive relationships and partnerships in complex stakeholder organizations
- Experience leading and coaching delivery leadership through product strategy and execution
- Strong talent management, including hiring, performance management, and leadership development
- Technical and architecture-driven approach
- Ability to drive consensus among deeply technical teams, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly verbally and in writing
