• Build galleries and collections from client briefs, Sales requests, and marketing campaigns according to required specifications and timelines
• Learn the Stocksy collection well enough to match briefs on the first pass
• Manage the team queue and prioritize active and upcoming work
• Share coverage with the Curation Services team so clients always have someone to turn to
• Follow intake, review, and delivery processes
• Identify process improvements and flag bottlenecks
• Spot patterns across requests, recurring client needs, and collection gaps, and bring insights back to the team
• Progress from shadowing active galleries to independently running a queue of gallery builds and client requests
• Participate in the team's coverage rotation and contribute perspective on future collection needs

• Review and curate incoming submissions against Stocksy's editorial, technical, and commercial standards
• Accept, decline, or return submissions with clear, well-reasoned feedback that helps contributors understand what belongs in this collection and why
• Review submissions for legal compliance: releases, copyright, and anything that could create risk for the brands that use our work
• Bring your editorial decisions to the team openly, discuss edge cases, and be willing to have your thinking challenged
• Flag collection gaps, emerging trends, and editorial opportunities you are noticing across the queue
• Support contributors in building portfolios that are stronger, more consistent, and more commercially relevant over time
• Maintain metadata quality across reviewed assets
• Contribute to team conversations about collection standards, review processes, and how we keep our editorial approach clear and shared
